Our Full First Aid at Work (FAW) course is a comprehensive, 3-day (18-hour) training program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills to become certified first aiders in the workplace. Approved by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and in line with the Resuscitation Council (UK) 2010 guidelines, this course ensures up-to-date and compliant training.

Assessment and Certification

Over the course of 3 days, delegates will undergo continuous assessments, both practical and written. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate valid for 3 years from the date of qualification.

Additionally, HSE guidance recommends that first aiders undergo an annual skills update to maintain and enhance their practical knowledge.

Course Format and Delivery

Our FAW course is interactive, engaging, and straightforward. We focus on real-world, practical scenarios to build confidence—no death-by-PowerPoint here. We actively encourage participation throughout the sessions, and delegate feedback consistently highlights the course as both informative and enjoyable.

No prior first aid knowledge is required to participate in this course. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced staff.

While the FAW course is suitable for all sectors, it is particularly recommended for higher-risk environments, including construction, manufacturing, warehouses, and chemical processing sites.
